Grown in Egypt to our programme and controlled from seed to export — cured at harvest, washed and graded on our own line, sized to your exact calibre and loaded reefer for long-haul shipping. We grow three varieties — Beauregard and Bellevue with deep orange flesh, and a white-fleshed sweet potato — whose seasons hand over to one another, which is how we keep sweet potato on the water all year.
