Egyptian sweet potatoes. Three varieties, all year.

Beauregard and Bellevue with deep orange flesh, plus a white-fleshed line. Cured and graded at harvest, washed on our own line, sized M, L1, L2 or XL and loaded reefer at Alexandria or Damietta.

03From Field to Port

Nothing is random

Five stages, all of them ours — no traders, no borrowed stock.

  1. Open-field cultivation on RadixNile land
    01

    Grown

    Garlic and every onion planted on our own fields in Minya, Giza and the Delta; sweet potato grown to our programme under our control — real Egyptian growing conditions, not bought-in stock.

  2. Freshly harvested garlic lifted from RadixNile fields

    Harvested

    Cut and lifted at the right maturity, then sun-cured in our own yards so the crop travels with the skins and dry-matter buyers expect.

  3. Checking a garlic bulb before packing
    03

    Graded

    Calibrated on our own De-MEC line and spray-wash grader, sorted to Class I and sized to the exact calibre your market asks for.

  4. Produce being hand-sorted and packed
    04

    Packed

    Cartons, mesh bags or retail packs — under our own brand or your private label, origin-marked 'Produce of Egypt' and barcoded.

  5. Cartons loaded into a reefer container for export
    05

    Loaded

    Palletised, sealed and loaded reefer or ventilated at Alexandria and Damietta, with the full document set travelling with the container.

Certified in our own name.

RadixNile holds ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO 22000:2018 for food safety, issued by IAL Quality Systems (EGAC accredited, IAF MLA member). Both can be verified with the certifier before you book.
