What to include in your quotation request

Agreed after quotation
Once your quotation is confirmed and the price agreed, we send a separate message setting out the available payment methods and the exact steps for your order. We work with every client in the way that suits them best — a first-time buyer, a returning partner and a large-volume importer are each handled differently.
From Field to Port
Five stages, all of them ours
No traders, no borrowed stock — we control every step from seed to sailing.
01Grown
Garlic and every onion planted on our own fields in Minya, Giza and the Delta; sweet potato grown to our programme under our control — real Egyptian growing conditions, not bought-in stock.
02Harvested
Cut and lifted at the right maturity, then sun-cured in our own yards so the crop travels with the skins and dry-matter buyers expect.
03Graded
Calibrated on our own De-MEC line and spray-wash grader, sorted to Class I and sized to the exact calibre your market asks for.
04Packed
Cartons, mesh bags or retail packs — under our own brand or your private label, origin-marked 'Produce of Egypt' and barcoded.
05Loaded
Palletised, sealed and loaded reefer or ventilated at Alexandria and Damietta, with the full document set travelling with the container.
Branded for export · Private label ready
Packed under our name, or yours.
Every shipment is packed to your programme — in our own branded cartons and retail packs, or under your private label. Clearly origin-marked Produce of Egypt, barcoded and export-ready.
